What Rivantir is

Rivantir is the system a small business runs on. It holds everything between the work you sell and the accountant who files it: sending invoices, watching money in and out, matching receipts, keeping every document in one vault, and turning all of it into clear reports.

We are deliberately not accounting software, and deliberately not an ERP. Your accountant — or your accounting package — stays in charge of compliance. Rivantir makes sure what reaches them is already clean, categorized and reconciled.

Why we built it

Every small business runs the same loop on a different pile of tools: an invoicing app here, receipts in a phone gallery, transactions in a spreadsheet, contracts on a drive, and a person holding it together with exports. It is necessary work, and almost none of it needs a human.

Rivantir puts that loop on one system and hands it to a staff of AI agents — the Categorizer, the Reconciler, the Herald, the Sentinel — while keeping one rule intact: the agents propose, you approve.

How we think about AI

AI in Rivantir does the busywork; it never holds the authority. Every change an agent wants to make lands in your Approval Inbox first, and you decide — one by one, or by letting high-confidence matches through automatically. You can read more on our AI safety page.

Where we are

We are a small, remote-first team based in Europe, building for businesses everywhere — bank sync covers Europe through regulated open banking, and CSV import plus manual accounts work anywhere in the world.
