What Rivantir is

Rivantir is a pre-accounting platform for small businesses and freelancers. It handles everything that happens before the accountant: sending invoices, syncing bank transactions, matching receipts, keeping documents in one vault, and turning it all into clear reports.

We are deliberately not accounting software. Your accountant — or your accounting package — stays in charge of compliance. Rivantir makes sure what reaches them is already clean, categorized and reconciled.

Why we built it

Every small business runs on the same loop: issue invoices, chase payments, collect receipts, sort transactions, forward everything to the accountant. It is necessary work, and almost none of it needs a human.

Rivantir gives that loop to AI agents — a categorizer, a reconciler, a payment reminder, an anomaly detector — while keeping one rule intact: the agents propose, you approve.

How we think about AI

AI in Rivantir does the busywork; it never holds the authority. Every change an agent wants to make lands in your Approval Inbox first, and you decide — one by one, or by letting high-confidence matches through automatically. You can read more on our AI safety page.

Where we are

We are a small, remote-first team based in Europe, building for businesses everywhere — bank sync covers Europe through regulated open banking, and CSV import plus manual accounts work anywhere in the world.
